Indications for Use of Alevio’s Multi-Point Structural Allograft (Re-Live)
Re-Live Multi-Point Structural Allograft Sacroiliac Joint Fusion System is intended for patients resulting from a trauma injury or accident, arthritic conditions, prior lower back surgery and pregnancy.
Contraindications
Contraindications for use of 9mm Re-Live Multi-Point Structural Allograft Sacroiliac Fusion System includes, but is not limited to:
- Infection
- Tumor
- Severe Osteoporosis
- Mental or physical impairments that limit a patient’s ability to comply with necessary limitation of postoperative instructions
